3/31/2010 Got a Checklist letter in Email from NVC about my I864 said I need to sign with Black or Blue Ink.............."""" I DID """" it Said i will need to resubmit the whole I864 again

4/1/2010 Resend I 864 with Signature in BLUE INK .....hope this time this time they can tell the difference.

4/7/2010 SENT 2 COPIES OF DS230 TO ELVIRA SO SHE CAN SIGN IT AND RETURN IT PRIORITY MAIL (AFTER SHE HAD SIGNED IT IN WRONG PLACE THE FIRST TIME)THIS TIME WITH AN EXAMPLE WHERE TO SIGN AT.

Waiting for Ronny Jr's NOA1 So I can call USCIS to get it expedited.
Finally NOA1 now were moving 4/15/2010

Sent Email to USCIS California office 05/02/2010 to Ask for expedite because of circumstance and received and answer 05/04/2010 that is would be about 30 days for notification WOW that night.........APPROVED YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!

Got the NVC Case number for Ronny Jr. Today now were moving.. !!!!!

Called the NVC 50/12/02010 and they linked both cases so they will now travel together Whew.......!!!

Everything has been sent to NVC on 5/24/2010 so now we wait for it to be completed and sent to Manila Embassy

Always something....I got RFE for my Wife's and Ronny's I864 because i put wrong amount for income for 2009 taxes I put W2 amount instead of Total Income amount from 1040 Line 22........ Picky picky picky !!!! So its correct and said do no send back to NVC but send to my wife to take with her to the Interview.

07/07/2010 called NVC Ronny's Case is under review I had to send an Email to supervisor Sue about the hows and whys of my Stepchild. Said call back in a week.. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

07/14/2010 Called NVC and they told me to send the I864W and thats all we should need to do..and make sure his name is on section 3 and the parent sign it no other paperwork for either end needed send today FIRST CLASS

07/28/2010 Called NVC WOW that was totally discouraging They said that everything is back logged and that they are processing twice as much as there were last month Said call back in September.. That's not right !!!!!

08/11/2010 Called the NVC again nothing new still same story ..back logged call back in september they say... GRRRRRRRRRRR
