July 2003- wife entered on B-2 with intent to marry. Married. Went together to BCIS office to ask what we needed to do and they gave us an AOS packet.
DEC 2003- Recd EAD, SSN, started working
DEC 2004- AOS interview. They said "No way, Jose! Can`t AOS from a B visa." Started processing for CR-1
FEB 2006- Interview in Juarez- denied for illegal presence, 10 year bar. Filed I-601
DEC 2006- I-601 Approved
FEB 2007- IR-1 interview in Juarez- visa granted
MAR 2007- Together and home!
