Hi, i have a question with regards to shifting case. If i move to canada on super visa, can i transfer the case to us embassy in canada or they will not accept super visa as legal status in Canada? Thanks

They will not listen anything till you give them formal letter or written document from relevant authority along with letter of explanation

If i m not wrong this visa category has long waiting time even in normal circumstances compare to sponsors of US citizens so I believe you need to add that additional waiting time as well

Hi folks, I got my parents document qualified email for Islamabad embassy. Any idea when to expect the interview. As per the website it says interviews are arranged within 90 days? thanks

Hi all, I have applied parents visa and there was request for additional documents from NVC. I have provided updated 1040 and W-2. In my mother application, they have accepted the documents without any message or qualification of documents. However, for my father account they have again mentioned to provide 1) proof of income and 2) case does not meet the minimum income requirement. However, my salary for 2022 tax return is 35,747 with 4 family members which is above required limit of $34,687. Please advise what I need to do now since I already have provided the required documents. Thank you,

Hi, I received following messages in account recently. 1- Please submit XXXX (Applicant) Evidence of Income. For more information, visit https://nvc.state.gov/fin. 2- Please submit XXXX (Joint Sponsor) Evidence of Income. For more information, visit https://nvc.state.gov/fin. 3- This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. I have already provided w2/1099 documents. Please advise what is meaning of application not meeting minimum requirement and if this is the case why they asking to provide income evidence for joint sponsor? Any help will be appreciated. -
