My mother recently had her IR5 visa approved. Shes not ready to fully move to the US yet, however due to a personal circumstance I kind of need her here in the next couple of weeks. She has a B1 (tourist visa) and a IR5 visa which I just mentioned. Is she allowed to visit the US and then leave after a few days? Or is the IR5 visa one-entry only? If I have her "visit" here, send the paperwork for her green card, will she only be able to leave the US when she receives the notice (which can take a few weeks)? Thank you!
