  3. My husband had his N400 interview on Wednesday. They did all the normal questions and then grilled him about our relationship, what kind of car I drive, how much our car insurance is, etc. The guy was pretty nasty but at the end asked my husband all the oath questions- like what the oath means and if he wants to change his name. He gave him the N-14 paper and told him to bring back evidence of a relationship and have a man that he pointed out to put it on his desk. We left and printed out proof and came back and the guy downstairs wouldn't let him back up to give it to the man and stated that he would need to mail it in with the letter that we get in the mail. Today his 10 year green card was approved but no movement on the N400 case. Anyone have a similar experience? Charlotte, NC for reference.
