  1. Hello everyone, Hope all is well. My wife background: She came in the states as IR1 Visa and she have been in the states for 2 and half years. I am an active duty military and got accompanied orders in Italy. Our projected rotation date is on August 2024. She will be eligible to 90 day early filing on August this year. I was wondering if we are able to expedite her naturalization application while we are here in the states before we move to Italy. Can we also file her application of naturalization without waiting on her 90 day early filing? I would like to know if this is falls under 319(b) rules. Appreciate your comments and thank you in advance! V/r, Tino
  2. I got lucky. I found one schedule on March 30 at 7am and I was able to schedule my brother for interview. Just keep checking their calendar.
  3. Thank you. I have been checking every hour 😀 to see if anyone decide to cancel their appointment.
  4. Hello everyone, hope all is well. I was trying to schedule an appointment for nonimmigrant visa interview for my brother in US Embassy at Manila, Philippines. The latest schedule available is on August 2023. I have no idea how the scheduling process does US embassy but I was hoping if anyone decided to cancel their appointment and schedule it on a later date. I was wondering if that cancelled appointment will be available for applicants looking for earlier schedule. Thank you in advance.
  5. She is license in state of New York but she is planning to endorse her license in California.
  6. Yes, she is US Registered Nurse but no covid related job offer.
  7. Hello everyone, Hope all is well, does anyone in here submitted a emergency visa appointment as Healthcare worker and received an interview date as soon as you requested it? As per Department of State guidance, Healthcare workers may request an emegency visa appointment. It also states in DOS website that procedures will be posted in US embassies websites, but we have been checking US Embassy Philippine Website and they haven’t posted any instructions/procedures for requesting emergency visa appointment. My sister is under family base visa petition (F1 - Sons and daughters of US Citizen above 21) and she is US Registered Nurse. Her case was expedited and has been sent to US embassy manila since February 2021 but still no Interview Letter yet. Your response would highly appreciated.
