We met in December of 2011 online. We have both been alone for many years because of family care responsibilities. We met in February 2012 in China in Harbin. We have much in common and decided that our lives together would be better than the loneliness we have felt for many years. After her family approved of me I asked her to marry me and live in the US. I do not believe either of us realized then how long this process and how much detail there is to a K-1 VISA. Had hoped to be in US for Christmas but now with all the people in US without papers given opportunity to become legal recently, we do not know how long it will take to get NOA2. I hope soon because Aiping and James are not getting younger and time is so very important to both of us while we have good health.
