    Wife been here for about 10 years but she just started work in october 2022. so she only worked for less than a year within the 10 years. I seeked a paralegal and filed for divorce. will keep you all updated.. thank you

    I decided to break up with my wife because she cheated on me. We got married in the Philippines (civil wedding) and I petitioned her to come live with me in hawaii. She been here for about 10 years now. She is not a US citizen, just green card. We have 2 boys together (3yr and 9yr) both US citizens. Question is , Do I need to file a divorce here in Hawaii? If so, where do I begin or who do I seek. Thank you
