Our Story
My honey is Jamaican and so am I... I was in Jamaica visiting friends and family and was enroute to Kingston from Montego Bay by bus. At the rest stop in Ocho Rios, I noticed this handsome guy waiting outside to board the bus. (Mi seh mi nuh tap pree di man from inside a di bus!) He boarded the bus and who did he sit next to??? Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost fainted! For the next hour or so we kept eyeing each other in secret until he finally mustered up the courage to say something to me! Yes! The attraction was so obvious! Anyway, we talked and exchanged numbers. We've been talking, texting, skyping, emailing, whatsapping, facebooking and seeing each other since then. We speak and/or text everyday more than once. We see each other every month... You know when something just feels right? Love at first sight or fate... Where has he been all my life?
Update: I'm now Mrs and life is great! Now awaiting his EAD, AP and AOS approval.
