We met online in 2006 playing poker on pokerstars.com
We became friends and always kept in touch online via email, yahoo or poker.
In 2010 (during a very difficult year for me) Rick asked me if he could send
me a Christmas present.  I said yes, and he asked me what I would like.  I
thought about it for a couple of days... and then said:  "A plane ticket to Texas?"

We met for the first time in person Dec 29th, 2010.  
I think we both knew almost right away... it was mean't to be!!  

I visited again in April of 2011, and then again in July of 2011, this time, my children came with me to Texas to meet Rick.  

We got engaged on July 22, 2011.

We stayed there a month and then he came back to Canada with us and stayed for 3 weeks here and met my entire family.  

I went down again for a visit in November 2011.
We filed our I129F January 2012.
Rick came here for a visit February 2012.  
I visited Texas from May 15th until June 3rd, 2012.
I visited Texas with the kids from July 24th until August 15th, 2012

Now we wait... until we can be together for good!
