B1/B2 Visa for 10yrs, AGA,Guam POE to NJ
**filed for change of status within 6 mos.
H4 Visa was approved for 03/27/2003 - 07/05/2005
**went to Tech school/Vocational school 2003-2004
**filed for change of status from H4 to F1 (Community Coll)
School did all the paper works except for Affidavit of support
Did not hire/consult with a lawyer
F1 Visa approved for 08/30/2004 - 05/30/2007
F1 Visa extension filed by school 04/30/2007 - 05/30/2008
F1 Visa extension filed by school 02/14/2008 - 05/30/2009
F1 Visa extension filed by school 05/20/2009 - 05/30/2010
Completed course/graduated by 05/30/2010
**filed for OPT with ESL advisor/coordinator's guidance 06/11/10(Texas)
EAD for OPT approved 08/10/2010 - 08/31/11
Was not able to find employment and unable to adhere to guidelines for F1 on OPT (find employment within 90 days)
Married long time bf 07/28/2011
Filed AOS 08/10/2011
