  1. Is the DS-160 fee x the number of persons in the family? i.e $205 x 4? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/employment/temporary-worker-visas.html#fees
  2. parents have not lived in the Philippines since 1970's. It's one thing for NBI to be valid at DQ document upload stage at NBI but by the time and interview is scheduled, it will have expired.. that's my clear concern.
  3. yes I know the nbi is 1 year valid. but that still doesn't answer my concern or question
  4. where in that link does it explain that the nbi police clearance needs to be valid at the time of interview? for example. NBI expires Feb 2024, DQ Jan 2024, interview might be who knows when...
  5. Does NBI have to be current and valid at visa interview stage? What if NBI is valid at NVC to become DQ'd but expires before interview?

  7. agree. though I see no explanation on why a 2015 PD F4 I-130 and others like it were approved and now at NVC stage.\ My 2013 PD I-130 hasn't had any movement. But I hear others say its because 2013 needs to show current on table B - true or false?
  8. Am I understanding that for F4, in order for USCIS to look at and approve I-130 petition The PD of the I-130 petition has to match that on table B:
  9. With your letter of explanation, it should suffice. Just wait and see. When I had an RFE for my mothers birth certificate, i quickly uploaded it but also mailed in. Probably took around 2 weeks or so for USCIS to receive and to continue with the processing. Hope you won't be waiting long.
  10. Please share your experience with obtaining an NBI clearance, how long did it take to receive the NBI clearance
  11. so i would have to look at my bank statement to see if they processed payment
  12. they just got done or just finishing processing and approving JAN 2023 I-130 for parents. I'm sure you'll probably hear a response from them may Feb or March.
  13. Do you receive a receipt when paying using G-1450
