Hi fellow English men and women!

I was just wondering if any of you knew of a store in NY, NJ, PA area that sold Marmite? I know you can buy it online, but it would be much better (and cheaper) just to buy it in a store I would have thought!

I know I've seen it in a Shaw's supermarket in Hamden, CT. Not NY/NJ/PA, but not *that* far away if you're really desperate, I s'pose. Perhaps someone can come up with somewhere closer?

I'm sure I saw Marmite in Wegmans. They carry many British food items. If you ask them for specific items, they will typically begin to stock them for you! Wegmans has stores in NY and PA, not sure about NJ. Good luck in your quest!

Definitely Shaws and Wegmans have it. For NYC, Tea & Sympathy on Greenwich Avenue in the West Village may have it too -- they have loads of stuff. Google and give them a call!

You can get it in Stop and Shop in Rhode Island and Whole Foods, but looks like someone has answered your question.

Marmite is a yeast spread, you put in sandwiches, on bagels, etc, is goooooood, is an english thing. :D

Yes me too. I often wondered if Sting grew up in a household with a broken toaster.
