Ho Chi Minh City DCF Procedures

It doesn't look like Vietnam has a USCIS field office (https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/international-immigration-offices). Are you sure you can DCF? It looks the USCIS field office for Vietnam is in Bangkok, and the USC needs to be a resident of Thailand to DCF there. In order to do DCF from Vietnam, you would need to prove exceptional circumstances.

Thanks Jundc. I did some more reading up and found this is true. Fortunately I own a house in Thailand. I will take a look at running it through BKK.
