What tax documents to bring to the visa interview

Hi all,

 

At the NVC stage I submitted the tax transcripts from the last 3 years as well as my pay stubs of the last 6 months as well as an employment letter.

I assume I give all these things to my wife "in original" so she can present it at the interview. There's no need for me to give her a complete tax return, right?

I gave my husband both the complete tax return and the tax transcripts (last  3 years) I know he doesn't need the complete tax return but I sent it anyway just in case the  CO ask.

She needs originals of all documents sent to the NVC, including the tax return or transcript, pay slips etc.

She needs the original signed I-864, police report and the actual certified copy of her birth, and or divorce certificates.  Everything else would be a copy anyway.

So, now that I assemble all.... The tax transcripts are prints from the electronic service the IRS has, so there's no such thing as one would traditionally refer to as an original. Is that fine?

There is no practical difference between a copy and a download and print.
