In regards to the green card: Nothing you can do unless you can prove she entered into the marriage fraudulently.

Go see a divorce attorney.

About the greencard, there is nothing you can do really. Unless u can prove she didn’t enter the marriage with good faith....but that‘s almost impossible...

but if I were you, I‘d just take care of myself.

As hard as it is...go see a divorce attorney and try to move on!

No. It's a proof of marriage going wrong and it happens.

Fraud would be if you'd have proof your spouse married you under false pretense and to gain immigration benefits.

Just divorce.

„just“ because she cheated it doesn‘t mean it‘s fraud automatically!

it just shows that she cheated on you for whatever reason...

It's awful what she's done, but unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it via immigration without solid proof.  As others have said look up a divorce attorney and cut ties asap.

I'm sorry to hear you've had to go through this.

I feel so hurt that i want her to go back to her home country. I support her for years! I love her with all my heart but all she do is going outside party and hang out with guys and cheated on me!! Sorry guys i feel emotional. I  just can't believe someone like her would do something like that.

I know it is hurt. But you can't do anything for her to go back to her country. Like others said, you need to see a divorce attorney and move on. It doesn't matter if you love her with all your heart. If someone want to cheat on her/his partner, they will still cheat. No matter how much their partner love them or no matter how nice their partner is. Learn from it and move on.
