Timeline

im k1 got married, husband cant find aproval notice, he cant remember getting it, how can i get a copy of aproval notice, can i adjust status without, of will i get rfe to get it, im here a year now because of ne aproval notice, dont have the money to do i 824 to get it, please advise me

It costs a lot to have them send you another approval notice. Some people have been fine without submitting it. You can however take a screenshot of your online case status that shows the approval date and receipt number and print that, and also print the approval notice your husband received to his email if he signed up for it on USCIS website. It might count for something.

Doesn't matter anyway. You have the K-1visa that has the receipt number on it, that's all you'll need. You are required to send a copy of the visa, the visa is proof of both i-129f approval, visa approval and your eligibility to file for AOS.
