AOS based on marriage with 17 years age gap difference

hello 

our green card interview been scheduled next month , and the petitioner older than me with 17 years old , but i really love her , she is mature responsible , and understandable , we have a lot of evidence , we just open the joint account recently due to the need of ssn and i just got it , i know age gap its red flag and dosnt mean that im gonna get denial but  i need someone have the same experience btw iam middle eastern from jordan  and she is white american

 As you say, you have a lot of evidence of a bonafide marriage (and hopefully evidence of financial co-mingling which is what USCIS wants to see) so best of luck to you.

we about to loose our  hope even before the interview , i have a immigration attorney friend from other state , he was telling me i have almost the same case ,and its have been 6 months with no decision , is that can be possible ? all of that because iam middle eastern and married older lady than me !!! unbelievable

Perhaps your friend can recommend a local Immigration Lawyer?

Why is it unbelievable? You have to thank all middle eastern men who used older American women for green card. It's actually a popular scam. So don't be shocked that/if your case goes through extra background and security checks.

could you please dont generalize , scammer not only from middle east , scammer from everywhere and even if they do 100 check security on me  there is nothing to worry about .

I don't have experience on this but I don't think you gonna have a problem as long as you provide enough evidence to prove its a bona fide marriage (like everyone else)

thanks everyone , we had our interview last week , it was good the officer  asked basic questions only , after 30 min of interview my status changed to " your interview was completed and your case must be reviewed " , we  dont know if that something good or bad , i hope i will get my approval soon

Not getting denied outright is good.  Review is much like administrative processing.  Hopefully you will get good news soon.
