Fastest way to Bring my wife over

Hi, I am a LPR waiting for my Naturization, I serve in the military and I would love to have my wife visit me, but she have been denied visa 3 times already and at this point, I don’t know what else to do, I tried to file I-130 but the won’t accept it until I get Naturalized, please any useful tips will be highly appreciated.

An LPR can file for a spouse.  It takes 2 years to get an immigration visa.

 

Why was your I-130 for your wife rejected?  What was the reason given by USCIS?

As an LPR filing I-130 will result in a F2A visa for your spouse. Once you naturalize you can upgrade the petition and you don't need to wait for the priority date to become current anymore. Why didn't they accept it?

Fastest way is she either qualifies for a visa on her own, or you petition her via an I-130 for an immigrant visa. You can file the I-130 as an LPR fine, and have the case upgraded once you naturalize. The sooner you file, the shorter the wait will be. As an LPR, expect 2+ years. At a USC, expect ~12-16 months.

 

Did you obtain your green card through another spouse? The reason I ask is because there's a 5 year waiting period before you can petition a spouse yourself (without having to overcome a mandatory presumption of fraud, which is not easy).

2 years until the PD becomes current. Then, add processing time. So the difference in timing is much larger than outlined here.

Yes, by about 3-6 months, depending on NVC and embassy processing timelines at the time.

Finally, I got naturalized last week but I have already submitted my I-130 application as a LPR on the 23rd of May. What should I do now that I am a citizen to to cut my waiting time? Should I also submit K-3 application?

Write an explanation letter with a copy of your NOA1 and a copy of your Naturalization Certificate to the service centre in charge of your petition.
