Location of Knightsbridge doctors?

I feel like this is probably a silly question given the gravity of most of the questions on this site! 

 

Me and my fiance are still currently hoping (and praying) for our approved NOA2. However, we wanted to get a head start on all the medical stuff so everything is ready to roll.

 

Due to prior health conditions, we're trying to get a full and detailed letter written up by our GP, but I'm trying to figure out where it should be addressed to?! The document I found on the US embassy website lists 4 Bentinck Mansions, London W1U 2ER AND 15 Basil Mansions, Basil Street, London SW3 1AP. To clarify, I know we're not meant to send it in the post, but I think my GP wants an address to put at the top of his letter so he atleast knows who it is going to. Now obviously, it doesn't look that professional to have two addresses written at the top of the letter! 

 

So I just wanted to check, do they really alternate between the two addresses? Or is it pretty much guaranteed for K-1s that you will be sent to the same address as everyone else? Have people been sent to different ones over the past few months?

The visa medicals are now always at the Bentinck address. Occasionally they have shifted to the other...maybe between Christmas and New Years once and another time when some piece of equipment   was broken.
