I got here on a K1  visa and the 24th of April and got married on the 4th May. I'm really thankful to this community because I've used this website for the whole process, I applied for Adjustment of Status on the 24th of May by mail but I haven't been notified yet, They haven't even cashed the check for the payment yet. I don't know what to do.

Do you use informed delivery and how did you send it? USPS or UPS FedEx DHL. It takes sometimes up to 2 weeks for them to pick the mail up and process the mail. Did you use confirmation delivery for the Chicago lockbox? Many unknowns in your post.

I used the regular mail but no confirmation delivery to the chicago lockbox. That was my mistake. Thanks on the information anyway :D

Sometimes up to 30 days or more to cash the check

YMMV
