AP is used to travel out of country
I suggest keeping the trips relatively short - less than 3 weeks so you don't get too many questions coming back in

However, u can search VJ as a whole. I have yet to hear of anyone having issues with AP whilst traveling.

that's the whole point of the document. So you're going to be fine.

Thanks! Hubby is worried because of his overstay. I told him as long as he doesn't do anything illegal moving forward, he should be good.

Yes! The card went to the correct address which happens to be the address of my attorney. My lawyer informed me that his staff initially looked in  the P.O Box but was not there so I was told that USCIS resent it. I am not even sure they resent or not and if my lawyer's office had my EAD. I am just glad I have it now.

Very good news indeed
I also heard of another individual that got great news
She applied October 2017

They went to an info pass- officer said that Houston is JUST about through in their backlog and for people to start seeing movement again by end of September

Looks like things are looking up!

Hang in there everyone

Indeed. And no interview; but that was before the "interview required" policy kicked in I believe. Local offices tend to fluctuate and anyone who's been to the Houston office knows it's fairly busy.

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

My lawyer said a family based petition got their interview notice. I think they were October 2017 filers, not sure.
