NVC package

Hi,

We are about to mail our package to NVC but are confused about two specific questions:

1) for the translated documents, should we submit the original translation or just a copy (knowing that for the embassy we would need to bring the original copy)

2) Do we also send with the package a photocopy of the passport of our baby (who is a US citizen) and who will be immigrating with us.

Yes NVC need only PhotoCopy unless they specifically mentioned anything orginal. I didn’t understand your second question. You said your  baby is US citizen. How come your baby is immigrant?

Does your baby have a CRBA? Or was he/she born in the US. I wouldn’t include the passport but their birth certificate with both parents name is a good evidence to include.

The baby will be traveling with you.  Only foreigners "immigrate" to the USA.
