So we are still waiting for our NOA2 but I'm starting to fill out the affidavit of support (i134) early. Just need to do something while we anxiously wait.

When it comes to work, I am exployed as a server and because servers make less than minimum wage and I don't have a salary I am confused as what to put in as my salary on the form. My AGI was around 60k last year so I'm not worried about supporting her, I just want to make sure the form is filled out correctly.

Does the embassy or consulate require the 1-134?

State what your salary or income is,  Tips or cash payments are considered salary or income for tax purpose

If you haven't claimed all the tips on taxes you may have a hard time proving the salary because USCIS looks at tax returns as valid proof.

Most servers only declare 8% so be interesting if you actually declare 100% in your taxes.

Pooled house and yes everything is declared. Most of our tips come through CC tips. Would love to declare only 8% but don't really have a choice.
