Well I received my RFE, and I left number 55 blank - If I obtained an IMB to meet my fiance , I didn't... I received a piece of paper to mark no and had my original circled with red pen. I marked that piece of paper no as well, and I am going to send it back to USCIS. They sent me an envelope to send it back in. Question for anyone, Is it ok if I overnight it back and which carrier should I use for the PO Box address on the envelope, UPS or FedEX? I want to complete it as quickly as possible. Also, should I put in a new page with a typed X for 55? I just don't want to have it returned for any reason... Any advice?

Thanks

Did you meet him/her online? If you mentioned you met online, you might want to include a document explaining how you met, and the terms and conditions of that site that can help prove it is not an IMB.

We actually met through a mutual friend from church who is from Colombia. Thanks for the insight though. I appreciate it.
