Revoke Visa Without Stamping

My Dear FriendS , My USA visa got canceled without any reason and after i asked the Reason the answer was

 

The only information we can provide is that information became available after your visa was issued that made it necessary to re-evaluate your eligibility. This does not mean you are not eligible, but that your eligibility must be determined. The only way to do that is to re-apply. We will perform the administrative processing as quickly as possible and inform you of the results as soon as its done

 

I went to US Embassy to apply again and after interview i got 221g , abd Ds5535 Form and he didnt stamp anything in my old visa

 

And he just ask me 2 questions, you still working in same company , i answered yes

 

and why you are going again to US

 

Now My Question is 

 

There’s anyone get canceled visa without any stamp ? Because all information in internet showing Revoked visa with stamp

Normally they would mark the visa in your passport but does not really matter nowadays, everything is in the system.
