Hi,

I have my embassy interview coming up for my I-130 spouse visa and wanted to know where i can obtain a copy of the I-864 form my wife (Sponsor) submitted? Would a copy be enough or does it need to be an original? Not sure how i would obtain the latter if that's needed.

Thanks

If your wife had sent the original i864 to NVC, you don’t need to bring the original for interview.

No, you can't. Did she make a copy herself before sending the original?

I know the London interview letter says you have to bring the I-864 to the interview but you won't need it. The NVC will have sent it already. Remember that the London embassy also processes DCF cases who MUST bring an I-864 with them to the interview. The interview letters are the same so some stuff does not apply to those of us who went through the NVC

Exactly where is the original I-864? Ask your wife where/when it was submitted.
