NVC rfe help!

Received RFE from NVC for police certificate. They said it’s expired but its NOT🤬. Can I send it in again with the same bar code as when I sent the original packet? I have called they said it’s up for supervisor review. Should I wait? Should I just resend it now to avoid delays? Please advise.

What is the ISSUE DATE of the police certificate?  Do you still live in that country?

It’s issued March 20,2018. It’s for my husband. I’m in the USA. It’s valid 3 months. They mixed up the dates of his passport issuance with the police certificate issue date. I know this because they told me it was issued in July 2016 and that’s his passport issue year.

Then I would just call them.  It's valid until date is meaningless.  The Consular Officer only cares that it was issued within their guideline time frame.
