Same-sex couple in CZ trying to marry to return to US

I'm a US citizen while my fiancée is a Czech citizen, and we are both women. Same-sex marriage is not legal here, though registered partnerships are, and I've been told that a registered partnership in the Czech Republic does not translate to a C-1 visa. I've looked into getting married in another country, but can't find one in which I don't have to move somewhere for a minimum of 30 days. Is there a solution to this, to go somewhere without a residency requirement?

Also, I am currently here on student status but am applying for a 5 year relationship visa here tomorrow. The major issue is that I don't have a lot of money, and if we moved together it would be the bulk of my savings. I'm even considering thinking outside of the box for this sort of thing for us to stay together and move to the US. Any suggestions or pointers? TIA!

If u can wait till after  December 31st 2018 to get married, then maybe Austria is an option!

They just announced it a couple months  ago and it will be „valid“ after December 31st of this year!

I don‘t know how it works with how long you would have to be staying here but I‘m sure it could work out just fine.

but inly if you can wait of course
