Help needed ASAP PLEASE

My friend was married to a u.s citizen and his wife passed away .he has the conditional green card and now he's filing the i-751 waiver but he's confused about the signatures and he only has  a week to file it so help please ! Since it's a waiver which parts exactly he needs to sign? In details please since he's been getting different and wrong answers . Where he should put his name and sign?which parts exactly

He doesn’t have a week to file it.

An I-751 with waiver request can be filed at any time between gaining permanent residence and a final order of removal.

 

Read the I-751 instructions- it is all there.

I know , I meant his conditional resident card expires in about a week so he's running out of time

He is petitioning his own ROC....so he signs where it's asking for the petitioner's signature.  He also needs to make sure he submits a copy of the wife's death certificate.

 

The right information is in the instructions https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-751instr.pdf   Have your friend read that.

I wouldn't be posting here in he had money to pay for a lawyer . It's a simple question he just wants to know which parts he needs to sign ?

I thought I answered that above in my response? 

He is the petitioner, petitioning for his own ROC----thus, he signs where the petitioner's signature is required.

If he used an interpreter to understand the forms, then he has the interpreter sign where applicable.

If he used a lawyer or someone else from an agency to fill out the forms, then he has that lawyer/person sign where applicable.

Again, he needs to submit a copy of the death certificate with his application.
