Seems like USCIS tried to return your petition to you, for whatever reason (a missing signature, a wrong form, no payment), but the package was undeliverable (did you move recently?) and was returned to USCIS. Because you waited so long to inquire, it has probably been destroyed by now, so you'll have to start all over.

yes we will start iver again. and will start from scratch since my husband doesnt have any copy of the documents filed before.

Good luck! And make sure to make copies of everything you send this time. It's good to keep a copy of the complete package, in case you receive an RFE

Hello everyone. With regard to this case, we asked the uscis to return our document but instead sent the notice back to us. It was indicated in the notice that they have received our application. But upon cheking on the notice the priority date was not indicated. Does it mean that our documents are not complete? or we have wait until they send us another notice where the priority date will be indicated?
