Hey everyone!  Hope all is well.  I thought I'd check in and see how everyone is doing, I have tried to stay away because we are so far away I don't want to punish myself at this point.  I do enjoy seeing them move from October approvals to November approvals, that is one month closer to us.  I got tickets to visit my fiance in July, excited for that.  She just had to have an unexpected surgery.  That was tough but all is well now.  Times like that make it even more tough to be in a LDR, but she has an amazing family and they kept me updated.

I was wondering what everyone was planning as far as their weddings?  I saw @Whanlin  had asked but I guess most have overlooked.  @Kyle&Ana  I see you are planning a courthouse ceremony and then wedding back in your country.  How long after do you plan?  Don't you have to wait for AOS before you can leave the country? I think that is more like what we will do, because it just makes more sense from a family situation and the ceremony is more important to her.  But it's too expensive to have flights for everyone.  I'd love to see what creative ideas people have come up with because I'm sure that everyone faces the same issues.  I don't have a large group of friends or family, but she does.  We considered doing the K3 and getting married there, but neither of us can stand the thoughts of getting married then splitting up, and this seems like the quicker option also.

What is everyone else planning for their wedding?

Yes I check every day why I don’t know. Wedding plans we are planning on early March. Either at a bed and breakfast that does very small ceremonies or my Unitarian fellowship. Just a small family ceremony us , his son who will coming with him, my daughter my mom and maybe my sister. We have met and spent time with his mom and brother in panama and will try to see his grandfather and cousins in Colombia if we can before they come here. We will have a big bbq or something in the summer for them to meet other family members. This is a first marriage for both of us. So I will have a wedding dress he’ll have a suit and the kids will be dressed up and we will have flowers and go on a honeymoon later after the kids get adjusted. Good luck for a quick process! Nina

Hi everyone! @pretendthisisfun I've been doing the same thing, trying to stay away for a while. Also I had a small surgery week back so I've been trying to rest. The wedding plan for me looks like a courthouse ceremony in a month of my arrival with a few family and friends we have there (mines and his). Later when we get permission to fly, we'll have the bigger ceremony back in my country. And to kill time I've been thinking of places to go for a honeymoon, I'm thinking Hawaii hahaha :D

Hey Aprilette family, how are you all?

Just thought I would check processing times ( been trying not to ) and they seem to be slowing down!! Our NOA1 was 25th April and NOA2 is now predicted for 26th October to 2nd November:huh:

Got my driving theory test in 8 days and I'm not ready!! 21 days til I visit my fiancé but he may have to work at least 90 hours that week unless his scheduler performs miracles.

Hoping you are all well?

Yes, sound like these days processing times have slowed down, and now it is almost 10-12 months...  I know there is nothing we can do but wait. My fiance's schedule is messed up and we can't make any plans to meet somewhere. -_-

Well they have busted out several this week. I think at the start of the week they were showing 45 processed for November.  Now there showing 97 from November!!   Remember, it appears there are a lot less filers the next few months.  My fingers are crossed that they will catch up a lot this next month.
