DACA renewals March 2018

Hello,

Quick question and recommendations.

My sister in law has a DACA status that expires in October 2018. We weren’t sure if she was going to be able to apply for renewal since the government is so unpredictable when it comes to that. Since USCIS is accepting renewals now, do you encourage her to apply now or wait until the 150 day to expire window comes along? We are very scared to wait but we don’t want her renewal to be rejected because it’s essentially too early...

Recommendations?

Thank you!!

Think June is when the Supreme Court will address the "block" by the lower courts... seeing how the Supreme Court has basically ruled in favor of the White House previously for them being lawful/constitutional in previous lower court block attempts (travel ban for instance was approved by the Supreme Court as fully in the President's rights), unless something gets done in congress by then, DACA will then be ended most likely.

Yes, send it in! They will not reject it. I know this because I sent mine in back in Jan 2018 and I expire in Nov 2018.

USCIS is currently working on September 2018 renewal applications.
