Yes, it was nerve wrecking especially after reading other members experiences. I think we did the fact that we were introduced through a mutual friend, I think they first thought he was helping his friend find a wife in America and also that I was only able to stay 9 days when we got married and haven’t returned till now. I just explained how my PTO works at my PTO and how I would’ve come sooner or stayed longer the first time if I was able to. The CO understood that about my vacation time.

Nos llevaron a una sala privada de entrevistas por separado después de nuestra primera entrevista inicial, pero el CO fue muy amable, agradable y respetuoso con los dos. Después de todo eso, mi esposo salió y dijo que nos habían aprobado, pero que solo tenía que enviarnos las fotos del pasaporte de tamaño correcto. Así que obtuvimos la hoja en blanco, pero lo único marcado en ella eran las fotos de mi esposo. El CO le dijo que tan pronto como reciban las fotos comenzarán a procesar su visa. Verificó nuestro estado y todavía dice listo a partir de ahora.

Hi everyone!! Congrats to those who have been approved at interviews and to those with interview dates!!

I too have received interview date over the phone April 4th!!!

Priority Date: Dec 27, 2016

CC: Jan 29th, 2018

Interview provided on Feb 28th, 2018.

YAY!!!! I think I will cry when this process is finally over.... Countdown begins for real now.....

Hey thanks!  my husband gonna call in few hours, I will update then. How did you got to know about your interview date? Did you called them? And when? Also my husband called on 27th but they said they haven't schedule yet. Also they told us that they can't give any information, Mumbai consulate will schedule. I don't know what's going on , who schedule or who give the dates . Just waiting for my husband to call them.

If you are going to have your 2017 tax returns documents at the interview, I would suggest that you update your Form I-864s to reflect your finances/income as seen in the 2017 tax returns or tax transcripts.
