My Passport Returned and Case under Administrative Process

Sorry for posting my question here. I am new to this forum. Does anybody here know approximate administrative processing time at Seoul south korea embassy? My husband got 221 g white form for his h1 visa stamping  interview.

This is a totally different type of visa but in any case, AP is not usually dependent on the embassy so much as the facts of the individual case. Could take a few days or a couple of weeks, could take a month or two, could take many months.

What does CO ask you to submit? What kind of  documents?

Aren’t you on form 5535? It would be this not the fact that your embassy is Seoul that is responsible for the long time.

Yes. I have submitted this form. Withou any imagination why is so long to proceed... we can just wait and pray.

Hi, long time. Just checked my DV status it was at

Hi, my DV visa has been on administrative process for the last 3weeks, just checked recently and the status shows at NVC what does this mean?

At National Visa Center.... as I know at NVC status means nothing for DV cases... you can check this site britsimonsays.com/dv-faq/ in section -How to check your case status on CEAC you can find some info about it.
