Hello,

My sister in law and denied a B1/B2 visa. She didn't present any of the letters or the I-134. So, I'm going have to make another appointment for her.  Do I need to start all the way over? Can I use the same DS-160 form?  Use the same login information to make another appointment?

Thanks!!

The IO is not required to look at any information or paperwork the applicant may have brought to the interview, unless you sister-in-;aw has had a change in circumstances she should expect the same result

She can apply again and have to start over. You can help her but remember that it is not your application. Providing letters of invitations and affidavits of support does nothing. She was denied because she failed to show she had strong ties to her country.

If you provide all of those evidence you want it will only show she has strong ties to the US instead. If her situation hasn't changed since the last time she filed she will get another denial.

I 134 is not relevant, already aminus if she can not show she can pay her won way and needs somebody in the US to support her.

What letters? In the vast majority of cases the information required is on the application form.

She can apply as often as she likes, she just pays the fee.
