CEAC “application received to AP

My fiancé’s case changed  status this morning to “application received”

 

and now it says

 

“administrative processing”and it has changed to “non-immigrant.”

 

Does anyone know what I should be expecting next?

 

Or rather, hoping for next?

It might change a time or 2 but changes like you listed are usually shortly before issued

And then just wait for notification from the courier that the embassy has sent it to them

Typically it's two days after "issued" that you get the courier email. Haven't we already said this before? You have a lot of threads about this so I forget.
