Please update your timeline.

For your question: if your visa is CR1/IR or fiance visa: you don't need to worry about it. If your visa is another category, then NVC will base on the action date and your PD to requested you send documents or schedule the visa interview.

I've a question: When NVC approved, then what happens I must wait until the "final action date" will be current and then interview or "final action date" doesn't matter.

Check VB each month and wait till your PD will get current(final action dates-1st table), then your interview will be scheduled.
