So my fiancee wasn't interviewed in her appointment date because the embassy wasn't ready for her though her case was ready for interview. She sent them a message and now they replied her message saying "HER CASE HAS BEEN UPDATED SO SHE SHOULD LOG ON HER ACCOUNT" which account are they talking about precisely? Any help? Thank you

Did the embassy include any instructions, As in book for another interview? What does the ceac status say?

Please how long does it takes to get a feedback from the embassy after they have received the case from the nvc ? I checked my status it says “Ready” but is more than a month now and I haven’t received any email from the embassy.

Hello Amira , for now there's no time frame to receive a letter from the embassy. My fiancee case has been ready for interview since November 27, 2017.  We made appointment not knowing we need a letter from the embassy in Accra. So she wasn't interviewed on the date though her case is ready but they said they ( Accra embassy is not ready for her yet). So for now we still waiting for the letter from the U.S. embassy in Accra. Yes please. Visa issued waiting for it to be send to DHL for pickup. Hope it helps. Thank you.

Wow that’s great, I’m happy for you ,Congratulations. I have emailed the embassy and they sent an auto response back but I haven’t received any response from them yet.
