No interview for my fiancee in Ghana

Timeline

So am in Ghana now. My fiancee interview date was 31st of January 2018. She wasn't granted an interview because the embassy waiting for a letter from NVC. I called NVC and I was informed they sent in our case to US embssy in Accra 30th November 2017 and there's no letter coming from them to the embassy again. Been calling/messaging US embassy in Accra and no response. Our Case expires 22nd February ,2018. Any help please.  Thank you.

Did you try the regional portal?

 

thy may have embassy specific information? 

 

Maybe theres no mail and you do everything yourself?

I don't know if this will work but maybe try getting an appointment with ACS  for yourself so you can ask someone in person at the embassy what you should do. You can make an appointment online at the embassy website I believe.

Check your email & see if they have contacted you. Sometimes they let you know by email to shedule your own appointment at their website. If you got a case number from the embassy that’s a big start , try contact them with email too & always give them the case number & your name . Keep in contact with them.

Are you planning on staying in Ghana because if you were in the US I would say you could talk to your Senator or Governor to do a informational request so that they would have to reply back to them I'm sorry that you are going through this it doesn't make no sense you send emails and they don't even reply not that it taken a few days to reply they don't reply at sometimes
