Ours was delivered on the 7th and the check was cashed on the 15th.  Since yours was received on a Friday, and there was a holiday yesterday, I'm guessing you will see the check cashed today or tomorrow.  I was surprised at how long it took them to cash the check in comparison to the K1; I feel like they received our K1 application one day and within 48 hours the check was cashed.

Exactly, that’s why I was getting nervous

Yayyy. So hopefully I will get something this week. Is that USPS an app? I think I need it to keep me excited every day lol. Thanks

Here is a link that talks about Informed Delivery:

Basically you get a picture of each mail piece that is being delivered to your mailbox each day.  It's nice during the waiting period, especially with cases not being updated online, to know that you've got something important coming in the mail :-)

Hello everyone, I’m just so excited to join this thread of February filers. I arrived on a K1 Visa, filled my AOS package and already received the traditional emails and text messages for the NOA1 but only two hard copies were delivered to me. Copies for I-485 and I-765. Should I wait for the March 04th deadline to contact USCIS or contact them now?

What’s more, I just read here that I was supposed to check NO instead of yes box in the Part 2 section of the I-485 AOS Form about INA 245i. Is my form gonna be rejected or the USCIS may just correct this mistake since I didn’t submit the I-485A Supplement form since it wasn’t necessary? I’ll appreciate your advice on this. Thanks!

Well no text or email or even a nice phone call confirming it but at least I got the return receipt back from USPS today. A sense of humor goes a long way. Hoping to see the check clear soon. Have a good night all

Hi guys, I am just preparing my AOS+EAD+AP package and I have some questions related to passport photos:

- Is it mandatory to send 6 pictures for the 3 applications?

- And how recent (I-485 doesn't say nothing), I-765 and I-131 say within 30 days?

- I have some pictures left from my K1 process 2-3 months ago can I use them?

They are from different dates so finally I will have each application 2 different pictures.

I know it is stupid question but the reason that I am asking is because I am applying also for my 2 kids and yesterday I was asked about 140 USD for the three of us  for 6 pictures each person

Im not sure its mandatory but have read that most of us did send six photos. If you have a Costco card then I would use them for eight of them cost us $15. For the left over photos If they are all the same for the application shouldn't matter but if you only have two and the rest are different then they might have something to say about them.

They might let it go until the interview and then you'll correct it there or you might get an RFE but I don't think they're going to reject it for this.

Our check took 8 days to clear (received on 7th, cashed on the 15th).  They will deposit the check before you get your NOA1 because a part of the first check that they do is to make sure you are submitting the correct fees.  So, I would guess your check is likely to hit your bank account in the next day or so.
