Steps to bring Parents of US Citizens

Can Some1 please show me the step to get application started to bring Parents here.

 

Which form needs to be filled and what documents needs to be send ?

Please note, if you don't already know, that they will lose the Canadian health insurance after they come here even if they travel back to Canada. If they are both still young enough to each work for 10 years here to get free Medicare, no problem.

For My mother:

      Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (if you are filing for both parents, you must file a separate petition for each parent)
      A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother’s name
     
           your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
         

For My father.

      Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (if you are filing for both parents, you must file a separate petition for each parent)
      A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and the names of both your parents
      your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
      A copy of your parents’ civil marriage certificate
    

 

DO NOT I NEED TO SUBMIT PARENTS BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT COPY?

 

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYTHING IS MISSING IN THE PACKAGE? I AM GONNA SUBMIT AS I MENTION HERE.
