My wife and I are ready to Adjust her status and have question

I became a US citizen after my child was born I brought my the Fiancee and my son on a k1 and k2 visa

now that we are filling for AOS does my son as well adjust with my wife?

(He is both of our biological son)

Yes, file I-485 for your spouse, and another I-485 for your child. Once his permanent resident status is approved, and if he is in your legal custody in the US at that time, and if he is under the age of 18 at that time, he will automatically become a US citizen. You can then apply for a US passport (quicker, cheaper, but must be renewed) or file N-600 (expensive, slow, but valid forever like a birth certificate) as proof of his citizenship.
