How strong are my evidence for the interview? What else do I need?

My wife gonna have her interview very soon in coming April. We have an 8-year relationship. I met her in 2010 and 2 years later came to the US. We got married in 2016 and now we are waiting for the final step: Interview.

I'm not sure if our evidence are strong enough and the case should be straight forward easily. What she is gonna bring with her to the interview are:

-  A lot of pictures of me and her and our family in 2010 - 2012 (When I hadn't come to the US)

- All my airline tickets  in 6 years (5 trips).

- About 10 money transfer receipts between us since 2012.

- We didn't write many letters so we just have 5 letters with date and stamps on it.

- A lot of pictures of all trips I went to see her.

- Many pictures with our family for the wedding ceremony.

- All expense receipts for Wedding, Honeymoon, transportations, etc.

- I exported and saved our mobile messages since 2015 and so far we have around 70,000 texts were sent and received, I printed them all with a really small font and it still takes more than 1200 pages legal size. Every message with date and time detailly.

Are these good enough or I need to have something else more? Please let me know. Thank you

Don't bother with 1200 pages of text messages. No one has time to read through that. And they are really not interested in pages and pages of "I miss you" and "I love you".

I would also not bother with the receipts for money sent between you.

Focus us on the time spent together - your travel history and the photos of you two and various family members are good.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

You seem to have quite a bit of good evidence there. I probably wouldn't bother with the 1200 pages of texts, unless you've already printed them out. If you have, then by all means bring them and offer them up if the officer asks what else you've got. When I had my interview, I did bring along copies of money transfer receipts but the officer didn't really need them. There's no harm in including them as long as the transfers go both ways. If they only show the immigrant spouse sending funds to the US citizen, it might look like they're payments for a scam marriage! Lol

You might need to include some more "official" type evidence - joint bank accounts, utility bills showing both your names, car insurance papers showing both names, life/retirement/disability documents showing spouse as beneficiary, health insurance documents, etc.

Good luck.

Couples living apart in separate countries will not be expected nor required to have such items.

OP indicated that he came to the US in 2012 and they were married in 2016. If so, it won't be unreasonable to expect some evidence of joint finances given that they've been living together for some time by now.

From what the OP has written and from what his timeline indicates, he is an LPR petitioning his wife.  There is nothing that indicates they are living together in the US.
