The version of form I-751 on the USCIS website has an expiration date of 11/30/2017.  As it is the version on their website, I assume that is the version we should use.  Correct?

I would suggest to send it a couple days later so you can be assure you filed within the 90 days period.

As long as your application gets there on Jan 11th or later you will be fine.

 

Concerning the new form, the USCIS website specifies:

 

12/05/17. Starting 02/19/2018, we will only accept the 12/05/17 edition. Until then, you can use the 12/23/16 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

I would use a pencil and write your name, A number and a number/short description on the back of the photograph. Too easy for post-its to get lost.

 

I hope to finish my package this evening - need to print and organize all the evidence.

04.24.2019 Combo Interview (with N-400) approved

N-400 Approved

01.01.2019 Qualified for N-400 application

01.02.2019 Filed N-400 Online

01.22.2019 Biometrics Appointment

03.18.2019 Interview Scheduled (USCIS text notification & appointment letter online)

04.24.2019 Combo Interview (with ROC) approved

My window opens up January 8th.

 

Package is mostly done, just going over the evidence trying to think of anything else we could send. Though our packet without envelope is over two inches thick.

 

Really enjoyed the two years of not having to deal with immigration and actually just getting to enjoy our life together without having to prove our love is real to anyone. Not looking forward to diving back into the stress and anxiety. Just like everyone else... hoping for a quick, RFE and interview free removal of conditions. Good luck everyone!

K-1 Visa Process (182 days from I-129F filed -> Visa in Hand)

 

 

May 10th, 2015: Got Engaged!

June 12th 2015: Fiance filed I-129F, June 19th, 2015: (NOA1) Received at California Service Center

July 23rd, 2015: (NOA2) NVC received

Aug 31st, 2015: NVC Approved and fwd case to consulate in Montreal. MTL case # given.

Sept 8th, 2015: MTL received and sent P3 by mail, Sept 18th, 2015: P3 received in mail, Sept 18th, 2015: DS-160 completed and P3 documents sent by e-mail

Sept 21st, 2015: P3 Approved. Received P4 by e-mail, Sept 21st, 2015: Booked K-1 Visa interview for December 2nd, 2015!!

Oct 2nd, 2015: Booked Medical in Toronto for November 12th, 2015

Nov. 12th, 2015: Medical done in Toronto, ON with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas. Highly recommend him!!

Nov. 17th, 2015: Medical results delivered by Purolator

Dec. 2nd, 2015: Interview in Montreal... APPROVED!!!!

Dec. 9th, 2015: CEAC status changed to Issued!

Dec. 11th, 2015: Ready for pickup at Waterloo location. Picked up and Visa in Hand!
