We got our NOA1 on 12/21/2017 - not exactly what you asked - but we're in the neighborhood :)

hey minsk!

thanks for chiming in! yes, we're definitely in the neighborhood! we got noa 1 dec 27. hehehe. so you'll probably be processed ahead of me. oh we'll also be kind of neighbors. my fiance used to be stationed in san diego. now he's stationed in another naval air base which is close to san diego like 1.5-2 hr drive. but i think we'll do aos there in chula vista in san diego. so we might also share some aos notes later on! coolness!

@Katrina RoaThank you so much! I hate seeing my fiancé go but love being able to have the time to get back on VJ again, haha.

It would be great if we would have our NOA2 before the end of May. I am hoping for a 8-25-2018 wedding, that's my parents 40th anniversary.

As time comes closer I get more and more nervous. Wondering if I filled out everything correctly. We made a big booboo when he was here. It was all my fault. I told him all the paperwork I needed from him for the embassy stage but forgot to get all the paperwork ready for him to sign. When we finally had time to sit down and went through the paperwork I noticed I had forgot, and when I took out the printer the darn thing was out of ink. <_< So now I have to print it, send it to him, have him sign it, and send it back to me. And mail from and to the US is unreliable at best.

And dec 22 here, sorry

hahaha don't worry me too. i was like all about getting all the documents done especially the ones with his signature so that he wouldn't have to send me documents through mail. but then i was soo busy preparing for an big national event in my country and our photoshoot apart from his and his parents visit to my country that i wasn't able to prepare anything. so i guess i'll prepare them later on. you can ask him to print it there in us, sign it and then send it to you. cuts the sending to just one time.  oh and soo cool you're a day after me! so they might actually like do our cases on the same day or a day after.

ya i hear ya. i probably won't be motivated too. though unfortunately out of the two of us (me and my fiance), i'm the one tasked to check everyday or keep the two of us updated. so i'll still have to check just to be sure, cause i'll also have to be the one ready with the paper work and also have to tie loose ends here in my country before i fly out and not come back for the next few years.

Hey guys,

always vigilant, just decided to create a profile...

received NOA1 Dec 7th’17

getting more and more anxious about this process as we have a newborn together, and i’m missing my man like crazy as well as super sad about all the things we’re missing out on as a family!

hoping we filled everything in correctly and the process moves forward fast for all of us.

i think i need this for some kind of sanity and to remind myself that i’m not in the process alone...

hi december filers!

i wanted to ask a few questions:

1. any december 21, 2017 received date  filers here?  (i was considering to make a little group chat in facebook for that specific group of filers where uscis recieved their case on that date, since i noticed that uscis is processing k1 visas by their received date based on the august and september filers which i follow).

2. then any december 2017 (manila embassy) filers here? (i was also considering to make a little group chat in facebook for those specific people who share the same embassy as me so we could update each other there for like current times and procedures and specific experiences at specific officec like cfo, slc and usem there).

@Naes
hey naes, i knew i could see it before, but now not so sure how i ended up there or if i remember correctly. but i wanted to like check how many dec 21, 2017 filers are there. i asked you since you usually do that table thingy where you had the number of people who filed on that day. so i kinda have an idea how many i'm gonna be sharing that date with. always nice to be able to support each other specially when the date is coming closer.

Hello @Katrina Roa

December filer here from the Philippines. We got our NOA 1 on 6th December, if you created a fb group chat for December filers I’m interested to join!

Hey December Filers!

Just back from Toronto seeing my beautiful fiancé! Niagara Falls were out of this stratosphere. Toronto felt as much similar  to the US as thought. I’m booked for Vegas in June and going to use the handy Dublin pre-clearance as im ireland based; so why not!

How exciting is that they are maybe going to touch on October cases next week? I’m hoping we will ALL get our NOA2 between June and mid July! Dare I say we may have our visa’s in hand around mid September to end of October?! London are very particular about the condition of passports and I’ve applied a replacement-although will change after Brexit back to the old blue pre EU!

Positivity breeds positivity! We all have beautiful stories that we are building!

How exciting!!!!!!!! Can’t wait to build a future with my beautiful fiancé like everyone on here too! No doubt he will see this! Haha! ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks so much for the update Naes. Hope you are doing good?

I showed the graph to my fiancé and he was a bit disheartened. He was like: "You told me they would be at December in about two months, but they're haven't even done half of June. Two months is when they stàrt on December, right? That doesn't mean we get approved right then. That could still take months."

I didn't know what to tell him. He's right. But from what I've seen most cases from June that are still open are the difficult cases with background checks and things and there's also a lot of cases that got a silent approval. So the stats aren't exactly true are they? I have been on this site every day for months, I have developed a certain feel for things. He hasn't. He's not as computer savvy and isn't on this website a lot.

Feeling a bit down right now.

Well if they start October this week then yes in 2 month we could predict them starting December. Please let him know june had lots of silent approvals (lots) that’s why it looks like that. And other months too. And yes it is possible for anyone to wait longer but also shorter :)

I’m waiting longer than my average supposed to be but it only means the averages are getting shorter and unless my case is stuck because of a reason (that I have no clue of) it only means that it will come in the next two weeks when October starts because that’s when they will do most of the leftovers of September.

Awww, I’m sorry to hear that! I honestly believe they will start processing our cases around end of May! What I’ve done is I’ve counted out 210 days from when they receive our case and marked a date in my calendar that we would be outside of normally processing times on July 27th so should hope to hear by that. I’ve even set a countdown app to July 27th hahaha as we can officially email to enquire about our case.

I have trained my mind to be as happy as it can be. What an achievement nice we have our visa in hand and true test unlike many other years who got it so much quicker! We’ve all fought so hard for what we want. Spring is coming. The UK weather really sucked jan/Feb which made it more unbearable. I honestly believe we will get our NOA2 start of June to mid July. That’s the longest waiting. The other parts will fly by so quick and we will be super busy organising so much.

Its hard and I must confess most days I’ve cried at the ache. Here’s to our special month-December!! Not long to go ❤️

Hi Naes, hope you get your much deserved NOA2 this week! May I ask where you do your daily scans from? 😊
