K-1 Petition - Documents - Ok to highlight?

3 posts in this topic

Aloha!

Some of my documentation, such as airline boarding passes and receipts for airlines tickets are difficult to navigate. Is it ok to highlight my docs and receipts so that it may make it easier to read the important information such as names, cities, travel dates, etc?

I read somewhere it is not ok to highlight certain things but I forgot what.

Thanks for any help!

Keep in mind that documents will probably get scanned. Highlighter looks weird on scanned documents.

Boarding passes are not difficult to navigate. They have seen them a million times.

You can caption figures as they are captioned in books.
