Hello,vjourney.

I am so tired about my case,since June that I filed I never heard nothing from USCIS and it almost 148dys since the day I filed,pls vjourney how can I check my case and know excaltly time am gonna wait for,pls help me out.

you can check your case from USCIS  HERE  https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Enter a Receipt Number  and you will get info about your case or you can login to get message to your phoneor by email

and about why the case take time plase check my time line we was married  6 years and we know each other from 2008 and we still wating , its a wating game .... juqt wait to hear from them and good luck

Did you get any notices from USCIS that your case was received? The notice would usually have a case number assigned by USCIS. If you have a case number you can go to USCIS’s website https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do to check the status.

Yes I get case number from them,OK thank you I will check it.

I have been waiting over 180 days (may 11 2017) now and so have a few others, it takes time and the waiting it painful but not much you can do at all.

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced

My I-130 took over 6 months (6 months and 10 days to be precise) to be approved.

And that was at Texas Service Center, which is faster than Nebraska Service Center.

You just have to wait.

Just got approved today 11/14/2017 got the text notification while i was driving and was cheering very very loud. I think the people in traffic thought i was nuts but i don't care!!!! I HAVE OUR NOA2 today!!!!!
