Are you sure that applies to us?

It applies to everyone who has a conditional greencard (2 year greencard). You need to remove the conditions on the 2 year greencard to get the 10 year greencard.

If you had properly filled in your timeline maybe just maybe others would be inclined to pitch in. 

 

The link @Scandi is correct. You need to take the time to read it. What you want is to be spoon fed. Scandi provided exactly what you asked for but you cannot take the time to properly read through but instead you went to her being rude. Not sure how providing information makes someone rude.

You are right about the time line but during the process I just did not have time do properly do it and afterwards I could not recall exact details..

When I saw how I had to renew I had flashbacks of all we went through in Manila.. I do not think it should be hard to prove my marriage though seeing as my wife, baby and I are together happily almost 24 hours a day for a very long time.

If you apply for citizenship under the 3 year rule, you'll have to do for a 3rd time too.

 

The ROC process is frankly more intrusive than either the K1/CR1 ones.  You have to provide a wealth of financial and life information, that I really don't think the government should be asking for, but it is what it is.

Hey all, I am in the process of fling the I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Will we have to take another interview for this?

 

You must also affirm that you have read and understand (or that an interpreter or preparer read to you, and you understand) the Acknowledgment of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center in Part 7.

 

And man, another huge fee..
