Form I-134 And My Fiancee (Petitioner) 's Dependents

Hi Everyone 

 

Our K1 vısa Petition was pproved last month and My fiance is is filling out  a I-134  Affidavit of support form..

 

My Fiancee (petitioner)  has a 3 kids but they don't live with her now.. she just lost the custody of them .. and her kıds lives wıth theır father now .

She has been living  by herself for 5 months...

 

 what my  fiancee   needs to  put  her  Dependents  Information  Part  on I-134 ?

If your fiancee included them in her tax of return, then yes. She need to include the in the Dependents Information on I-134. If not, there is no need to include them since your fiancee didn't support her children financially.
